If you come into to Terminal C it make take a bit longer since it is located farther away from the other terminals on the airport. You are close to the airport so the pickup and drop off are quick and easy via the provided shuttle. The area is nice, there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance from the hotel. The staff are very pleasant and easy to interact with. Free breakfast is great make your own waffles, and a selection of many other breakfast items, juices, coffee, etc. We did not report this while there, as we left early the next morning but did mention it in a follow-up survey. The only problem we had was the HVAC unit in the room is very loud and interrupted our sleep. There was an alarm clock, but no paper and pen. I am sure you could request more, but we checked in late and made do. Toiletries were basic - one shampoo, conditioner, and lotion with soap. Bed was comfortable and there is a large closet for clothes and/or suitcases. Check-in was easy and fast, and we received our complimentary waters.

Next morning, another driver took us back and was also very nice. The shuttle driver arrived within a reasonable amount of time and we friendly and helpful.
